Welcome to the Looney News update for March 15, 2007!
Looney Academy Update
Spring is in the air - and no one knows that more than Teachers do. It can be really hard to keep a kid's attention as the weather warms up - and so we are here to help. In the March Edition of The Teacher's Lounge, Carol unveils some new lesson plans and other ideas on how to use EcoFluxx in the classroom.
AND to make it even easier to bring EcoFluxx into your classroom, check out our new Teacher's Special! Teachers can get a 30% discount on a set of 6 decks, and it comes with free EcoFluxx Pledge Cards.
Please Take our Fluxx Consumer Survey!
If you've played Fluxx, even once, please take our Fluxx Consumer Survey! This year marks the 10th anniversary of Fluxx, and we're doing this market survey to better understand our customer base and to help us start making plans for the next ten years! It should take only 5 to 10 minutes to take - and we'll give you $2 off your next order in our online store to say Thank You for taking the survey!
IMPORTANT NOTE to Firefox users: Survey Monkey has a known problem with the Firefox browser, if you have easy access to another browser, you should use that browser to take the survey. You can take this survey with Firefox, but it has this odd jumping around display problem when clicking check boxes sometimes. It works, but it's annoying.
We'll be coming out with surveys for our retailers and distributors soon so stay tuned for those.
"At World Games of Montana, I have varied recommendations. I listen to a customer's specific gaming history, and then I recommend something. If you like Munchkin, you may like Killer Bunnies. If you like Puerto Rico, you may like Caylus. And so on. But more often than not, there's no gaming history, and therefore a huge nebulous question like 'Can you recommend a good game for me or my family?' becomes a matter of luck. In cases like this, I always recommend Aquarius."
This is a new regular feature where Andy talks about our games and answers questions on such things as rules, clarification of game play, tips and strategies, etc.
